Cookie Policy

We use cookies to keep your session secure and your preferences intact. Here is exactly what we set and why.

Last updated: April 8, 2026Effective immediately

Biz SaaS(“we”, “our”, or “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our platform at app.biz-saas.com. This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use, why we use them, and how you can control your preferences.

Section 1

What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device when you visit. They allow the site to remember information about your visit — such as your login session or display preferences — so that the experience feels consistent and personalised the next time you return.

Cookies set by the website you are visiting are called “first-party cookies”. Cookies set by services embedded in a page (such as analytics or payment providers) are called “third-party cookies”. Both types may be either session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (retained for a defined period).

Section 2

Essential Cookies

Essential cookies are required for the platform to function. They handle authentication and core preferences. You cannot opt out of these cookies because the service cannot be delivered without them.

sb-access-token / sb-refresh-token

Set by Supabase Auth to maintain your login session and refresh it automatically. Without these, you would need to log in on every page load.

cookie_consent

Stores your cookie preference choices so we do not show the consent banner on every visit.

Always active — cannot be disabled

Section 3

Functional Cookies

Functional cookies remember choices you make to improve and personalise your experience. They are not strictly necessary, but disabling them may affect how the interface behaves for you.

sidebar_state

Remembers whether the navigation sidebar is open or collapsed, so the layout stays the way you left it between visits. Expires after 7 days.

Default on — you may opt out via the cookie banner

Section 4

Analytics Cookies

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our marketing site so we can improve it. The data is aggregated and anonymised — we cannot use it to identify individual visitors.

Google Analytics (_ga, _gid)

Used to count page views, measure session duration, and understand traffic sources. Data is sent to Google Analytics and governed by Google’s privacy policy. The _ga cookie persists for up to 2 years; _gid expires after 24 hours.

Opt-in only — disabled until you accept analytics cookies

Section 5

Marketing Cookies

Marketing cookies track your activity across sites to help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and deliver relevant ads. We will never set these without your explicit consent.

Meta Pixel (_fbp)

Set by the Meta Pixel to build audiences for ad targeting and measure conversions from Meta advertising (Facebook and Instagram). Data is sent to Meta and governed by Meta’s privacy policy. Expires after 90 days.

Opt-in only — disabled until you accept marketing cookies

Section 6

Managing Your Preferences

Cookie Banner

When you first visit app.biz-saas.com, a cookie banner gives you the choice to accept or decline non-essential cookie categories (Functional, Analytics, Marketing) individually. Your choices are saved to the cookie_consent cookie for one year.

Changing Your Mind

You can update your preferences at any time by clicking “Cookie Settings” in the site footer. Your updated choices take effect immediately and are stored for the next year.

Clearing Browser Cookies

Clearing your browser’s cookies will delete your stored consent record. The next time you visit the site, the cookie banner will appear again and your preferences will be reset to their defaults. Note that clearing cookies will also end your active login session.

Browser-Level Controls

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies entirely via their settings. Be aware that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from logging in and using the platform. Refer to your browser’s help documentation for specific instructions.

Section 7

Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on our platform are set by third-party services we integrate with. Each provider has its own privacy and cookie policies that govern how they use the data collected.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or applicable regulations. Changes take effect as soon as the updated policy is posted on this page, with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly.

For significant changes that affect your preferences, we will notify you via the cookie banner on your next visit so you can review and re-confirm your choices. If you have questions about this policy or want to exercise any data rights, contact us at support@biz-saas.com.
